Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically delivered on our next scheduled run to your area. Your account contact can confirm which day suits your site.

Regional Victoria and interstate

Regional and interstate orders are dispatched via freight, with timeframes depending on the destination and the size of the consignment. We confirm the expected timeframe when the order is placed.

Freight charges

Freight is quoted per order based on weight, volume and destination. Ask about minimum order values for free delivery when you set up your account.

Bulky and palletised orders

Machinery, bulk chemicals and pallet quantities may need a tail-lift vehicle or forklift access at your end. Let us know your site access when you order so we can send the right vehicle.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Check your delivery against the docket on arrival. If something is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable period and we will sort it out.
