How to buy from us
Metwood supplies businesses on trade accounts. Here is how the process works from first contact to delivery.
Step 01
Open a trade account
Apply for an account online, or call the sales desk and we will take the details over the phone. We will ask for your business name, ABN, delivery and billing addresses, and a contact for orders and accounts. Once approved you will see account pricing and be able to order online.

Place your order
Order whichever way suits you:
- Online — browse the range and add to your cart, or use the quick order form if you already have the product codes
- By phone — call (03) 9338 6233 and read out your codes
- By email — send your order to sales1@metwood.com.au
Every product in the catalogue has a code. Quoting the code is the fastest way to make sure you get exactly the line you meant, particularly across sizes and colour-coded ranges.
Step 03
Order confirmation
We confirm stock availability and pricing when the order is placed. If a line is unavailable we will tell you at that point and offer an equivalent rather than short-supplying you without notice.
Step 04
Delivery
Orders are picked and dispatched from our Campbellfield warehouse. Delivery timeframes vary by location and order size, and we confirm them when you order.
