Do I need an account to order?

Trade accounts give you account pricing and the ability to order online. Apply online or call the sales desk and we will set you up.

How long does approval take?

We review applications as they come in and will be in touch to confirm the details. If it is urgent, call us and say so.

Can several people order on one account?

Yes. Tell us who should be able to place orders and we will set that up, including separate delivery addresses for multi-site customers.

Ordering

What is a product code?

Every line in our catalogue has a code, shown on the product page and in the printed catalogue. Quoting it is the quickest way to get exactly the right item, especially across sizes and colours.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order values and free-freight thresholds are confirmed when you set up your account. Some lines are sold by the carton only, which is noted on the product page.

Can you source something not in the catalogue?

Often, yes. We are known for sourcing items outside our published range — ask before you assume it is unavailable.

Where do I find a safety data sheet?

SDS links are published on the product page for chemicals that have one. If you cannot find the sheet you need, contact us and we will send it through.

What does the colour coding on mops and buckets mean?

Colour coding separates equipment by area to reduce cross contamination — commonly red for toilets, blue for general areas, green for food preparation and yellow for washbasins. Check your own site’s policy, as conventions vary.

Which vacuum bag fits my machine?

Quote the machine make and model and we will match the bag, filter or tool.
